Music holds a fascination for me that cuts across cultural, geographical and spiritual divides. It has the power to reach out and touch the hearts and souls of all. It’s a common language that we can all understand and appreciate, and it can help to bring us closer and together.
During the latter part of the Thai winter in 2012 all lives of those involved were touched and enriched by Shyan’s warmth, smiles, indomitable character and the sounds of his flutes.
He has been playing Bansuri flute on a global journey since 1996. His Guru Ji is Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. Whenever performing his intention is to allow the music to flow freely from his heart and penetrate the hearts of others so as to awaken their potential to channel as divine creative beings.
